Member-at-large: A professional registered nurse residing in a state where a local chapter does not exist and therefore, membership is obtained directly through this Association.
Chapter Member: A professional registered nurse who is a member of a state local chapter that holds membership in this Association, except military personnel who have the option of chapter or member-at-large status.
1. Active Member: A professional registered nurse of Philippine ethnic origin, who has been granted a license to practice in any state of the United States and/or its territories; and who has paid the required membership dues to their chapter or directly to the Association as a member-at-large
2. Associate Member: A professional registered nurse of non Philippine ethnic origin, who has been granted a license to practice in the country of origin and/or any state/territory of the United States; and who has paid the required membership dues to their chapter.
