About KEWPPNAA Kabalikat Emotional Wellness ProgramThe Kabalikat Emotional Wellness Program (KEWP) was started in 2022 in response to the emotional wellness survey conducted by PNAA during the COVID pandemic which reported symptoms of burnout among our PNAA members. The program continued since then to address the emotional wellness of all our members, immediately, post-pandemic, and currently. Our research has shown that after six months of KEWP sessions, there was an improvement in burn-out scores over time. Our KEWP sessions meet every 2nd Saturday of the month from 2 – 3:30 PM, EST Riza V.
